Please note, I do not accept insurance and am an out-of-network provider. Full payment is due at the time of each appointment (you are encouraged to set up payment through your Client Portal Account). If you are seeking reimbursement from your insurance provider, it is the responsibility of the client to complete and submit necessary paperwork. I can provide you a superbill. You will be responsible for collaborating with your insurance provider about any possible reimbursement and it is up to the insurance provider to determine if you are eligible for full or partial reimbursement for my services, as I am considered out-of-network.
Information for setting up payment will be provided to you in your electronic intake paperwork.
If you fail to attend your scheduled session or cancel you session less than 24 hours prior to your appointment, full session fee will be charged.

Disclaimer for Good Faith Estimate for Cash Pay and Out of Network Patients
Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, health care providers and health care facilities are required to inform individuals who are not enrolled in a plan or coverage or a Federal health care program, or not seeking to file a claim with their plan or coverage both orally and in writing of their ability, upon request or at the time of scheduling health care items and services, to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” of expected charges.
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who do not have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises
As required by law, a Good Faith Estimate will be issued up on your request and upon scheduling. Please note, mental health treatment is highly individualized and dependent on many factors such as:
· Your specific needs and goals
· Your schedule
· Your ongoing life challenges
· Your personal finances
· Therapist availability
You may attend therapy for many reasons including, but not limited to problem resolution, maintenance, or growth-oriented work. While I can make professional recommendations regarding the frequency and length of therapy, you have the right to self-determination and may terminate treatment at any time. It should also be noted that life circumstances such as crisis, illness, vacations, and cancellations may impact the frequency/duration of therapy. This is generally a collaborative process discussed in treatment as the ongoing nature of your needs change.
